Fresco Mural Workshop

This is an introductory course in the Fresco Mural decorative art form. Students will learn about the history of frescoes and mural techniques will be taught by a Master artisan in the field, including how to reproduce segments of ancient art fresco masterpieces in large scale form. Students will create their own panel using techniques taught.
METHODOLOGY:
To allow students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the art form and and learn application techniques.
CONTENT:
Students will create a panel utilizing the techniques taught.
